
2 cups of tomato sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons agave syrup
3 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (without anchovies)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon of salt with onion
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Sea salt to taste
Preparation
Boil the jackfruit in enough water and 1 teaspoon of sea salt for 20 min and let it rest for 10 more minutes in hot water and strain.

Mix all the ingredients in a pot and cook over low heat for approximately 20 minutes until the BBQ sauce is thick.
Once the sauce is ready, mix with the jackfruit previously boiled and strained, cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat with a lid.
